Many Investors are sitting on the sideline wondering if they should keep the real estate they have or buy a differenet property that may yield them a higher rate of return. Part of the frustration in making that decision is that the Investor has not seen anything better that would motivate them to dip their toe into the market and see what is out there for new opportunities. Most of the purchases that I have been involved with in the last two years have been on unlisted property. My Buyers and I identify what they are looking for and then I will reach out to the various Sellers that I know that have the inventory and we will strike a deal. I have also contacted several Brokers in Oregon who I know have access to the inventory that my Buyers are looking for. So Owners that are concerned that there is no inventory on the market should contact me to find out the property that I know is available for purchase. Interest rates are still low right now. Now is an excellent time to consider refinancing or selling and upgrading to a better property.
