The 38,000 square foot “Sky Penthouse” will sit atop Monaco’s first new skyscraper in 30 years and will cost $400 million to call it “home.” If you took the combined selling prices of Hugh Hefner’s Playboy mansion, the Spelling mansion, Tiger Woods’s Florida estate, and Oprah Winfrey’s home and there would still not be enough in escrow to buy this unit.

“Odeon Tower” is being developed by the Monégasque firm, Groupe Marzocco and is being designed by architect Alexandre Giraldi, with interior design consulting being done by Alberto Pinto.

Super Penthouse The brochures for the development cost the firm $1000 a piece to produce. Since, it is unlikely any us will ever open one here are some selling points:

  • “Odeon Towers”, the “ultimate home between the sea and the sky”, is planned to stand 510 feet tall, be 49-stories, and include 70 luxurious units, right on the beach.
  • Sitting over 500 feet above the coast, the “Sky Penthouse” apartment unit includes five kitchens – one on each floor – five bedrooms, and a full home cinema. The unit also has access to a Turkish bath, a full spa, a workout gym, and a lounge.
  • In addition, services that come with the unit include around-the-clock concierge service, an in-house caterer, limo service, and all the amenities that would normally be reserved for vacationing at a five star resort, everyday of the week.
