The Chicago-based developer of the HUB Project in Eugene, Oregon has garnered three national awards recognizing their innovation in student housing. Presented at the 5th annual Innovator Awards gala sponsored by Student Housing Business, the firm’s haul included the most prestigious award presented: Best New Development Over 300 Beds.
The firm has more than 10,000 beds under management or development in the US, including Tucson and Tempe, AZ; Columbia, SC; Oxford, MS; and, for 2015, projects in Eugene, OR and Madison, WI. They specialize in “…offering students a one of a kind off-campus living experience.”

Core Campus won two awards for their off-campus facility HUB Columbia, in Columbia, SC. They received recognition for a successful two-year-long renovation project that boosted occupancy and rental rates. HUB Tucson
The most prestigious award of event went to the Core Campus HUB Tucson project, recognized as the Best New Development Over 300 Beds. Last year, the nearby Core Campus facility in Tempe took home two awards themselves: for architecture and best new development.
